Anam Virani is an experienced Technical Sourcer and Recruiter with over 8 years of relevant experience. She is currently working at meta as a Technical Sourcer, where she is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in Product Design and Prototyping for Reality Labs. Prior to her current role, Anam worked at Amazon in various roles, including as a Pathways Recruiter for the Operations Global Team, where she was responsible for preparing and developing high-potential transitioning military and graduates with MBA and Masters level education into Amazon’s next General Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents. During her time at Amazon, Anam also received the Unsung Hero award in recognition of her outstanding contributions. Anam is a skilled Sourcing Recruiter and has experience building and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies to generate pipelines of management candidates across the Amazon Fulfillment network. She is also a Research Scientist with a deep understanding of data-driven activities and strategic research.
